moving on
just received word that escrow will be closing on my condo. this is the first time i have been a home-owner in 20 years. the new address is: 5535 canoga #329 woodland hills, ca 91367. i have given notice on my apartment of eight and one-half years and will need to be out by the end of the month. i have scheduled a moving van to come and move our stuff on 20 august. so i am in the process of packing boxes and throwing things away that arent needed. a forced spring cleaning. if you are interested you can go to the condo website and check out the floor plan. it is a two bedroom two bath plus a loft and about 1100 sq. ft. www.warnercenterliving.com you will need to go to floor plan 2-G. love and appreciation that are beyond words to mom and dad. when i get settled in i will invite everyone over for an unveiling. (needless to say anyone who wants to assist in the move are more than welcome). special thanks to all for your encouragement. as more details become available i will keep you posted. larry

Larry, congrats on the condo purchase! We're heading out of town this Sunday and won't return until the 25th of August, so we'll have to see it after you're all settled. Have fun moving, hey isn't that day (the 20th) your birthday? That's a neat birthday present, but a lot of work!

thanks guys. it will be a nice help for me. my cleaning lady and her husband will be there too. they are the folks that keep my life straightened out. maybe some folks from work. i reinjured my back recently, a few days ago, and i appreciate the assistance.
