Civilian Casualties?

It is interesting to note that the "news" keeps reporting the number of civilian casualties in Lebanon in such a way that will draw sympathy from the general public. The major problem with this type of reporting is as follows:
1. Since Hezbollah is not "officially " part of the Lebanese government and the "cowards" (aka terrorists) do not wear uniforms or distinguishing insignias that identify them as being Hezbollah, how do we know who are civilians and who are terrorists?
2. The word civilian implies innocent by-standers or at least non combatants. This is a clever way for the MSN to paint a negative picture of the casualties without being completely honest.
3. Hezbollah purposely houses their military supplies and rocket launchers in "civilian" buildings or areas. This is done for propaganda purposes so when Hezbollah supplies are attacked they can claim that Israel is killing civilians. Where is the outrage by the MSN to the policy of the cowards to house the military supplies in hospitals, schools and neighborhoods?
4. Hezbollah deliberately wants civilian casualties. This is part of their terrorist strategy so that they can wage a "pr" campaign against Israel.

I would like to see reporters to two things: Raise the question or the possibility that some of the people killed in the crises are actually Hezbollah and not innocent civilians and that the killing of civilians is the direct result of the strategy to place military supplies in civilian areas.
