While I think her sentence was entirely fair, and am not upset at all that she is in jail, she is getting treated unfairly because of her celebrity status. Most misdemeanor criminals serving time in LA County jails only serve 10% of their time because the jails are so over crowded. If she was a regular person she would have gotten out already.

I'm glad they put her back. She shouldn't get treatment any different from a regular "joe schmo"
