that is my latest painting. you are going to have to look at it sideways as i am not that computer savvy (or camera savvy for that matter!) like fern or ben. i havent varnished it yet which is why it isnt shiny and why i could get a picture of it. the parts that are shiny are the gold leaf in her dress and the letters and some silver leaf in the flowers. ive been told that the words in french mean something along the lines of "to the baths" though a little fruedian slip could tell you something else...

thanks. i had forgotten that richard had a copy.
i just thought it would be interesting for you to see what he was writing at about the same as you are now.
a lot of experimentation with words and forms and styles.
i also thought it might inspire you to put your poems in a chapbook form too. maybe even perform your poetry at various readings around town....
its a good way to meet other poets and get input...
